What?

React. Adapt. is a social media consultancy based in Bristol, UK.

We offer you the means to understand and embrace social media.  In other words, we’ll help you to honestly, transparently and respectfully talk (and more importantly listen) to people online.

Why?

Social media isn’t a marketing tool, it’s a fundamental shift in the way we all communicate and it’s given the individual as much opportunity to influence as a media network, government or global brand.

Social media stretches through all aspects of our lives, blurring the boundaries between work and home, business and professional, customer and supplier.  Your employees are no exception – you might not realise it yet, but they are already or will soon become your brand ambassadors.

With this new-found power people are demanding a new model from business that involves them as co-creators and respects them as peers.  The most successful brands out there understand this and are already benefiting hugely from the value that this shared experience creates.

But this change affects us all, not just big brands.  It doesn’t matter if you are a retailer, charity, multi-national corporation, local MP or bedroom DJ, if people want to talk about you online they will. Their networks trust the value of their opinion more than any media outlet, so why not invite them to talk with you instead?

We are becoming more mobile and connected every day, so the question shouldn’t be if you join the conversation, but how and when.
